London, we hardly knew you!

"People there are people everywhere" said our Bulgarian uber driver as he took us to St Pancras station to board a train to Paris after a week in London. He was encouraging us to visit Bulgaria (“just not Sunny Beach -- too crowded”) and allaying our fears that Russian speakers may not be welcome. "People understand that there is crazy politicians, people are not doing the war."

He was not a fan of London, "it just keeps going and going, you think it will quiet down, and there is a hint November to February, but then it goes on. It is too much." And as we inched our way in standstill traffic it was hard to disagree.

But we are no strangers to popular places. And like a wise man whose answers inspire more questions, the more we see here, the longer the list of things we still want to do in England. Till next time!
