A Tale of two Teas
On our previous London visit we enjoyed a luxurious High Tea at the Savoy. It was posh in a modern way, with amazing sandwiches that just kept coming!

This time Masha decided we should check out Brown’s - also posh, with possibly an even longer pedigree, and decidedly more traditional décor.
As we lounged -
stacks of delightful sandwiches would suddenly appear. The mint & ham was truly excellent
But it was the pastries that stole the show. The blackberry-topped butter cream pistachio minicake… to quote Wags, one is bliss, two is gluttony, three — we decided not to find out.
May be not quite the exquisiteness of the Savoy, but very satisfying…
Meanwhile on the other side of town, a very different, very Peppa tea was enjoyed by all!
High tea - check!
